Waiver and Release:

I, the undersigned, understand and agree that by participating in any WeLearn Academy class, event, or program, I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation. I acknowledge that WeLearn Academy and its staff, volunteers, officials, and representatives are not responsible for any injury, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation in these activities.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in WeLearn Academy activities, I hereby release, waive, and discharge WeLearn Academy, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in WeLearn Academy activities.

Medical Authorization:

I hereby authorize WeLearn Academy and its staff to seek medical treatment in the event of injury or illness while participating in any WeLearn Academy activity. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred as a result of such treatment.

Assumption of Risk:

I fully understand that my participation in WeLearn Academy classes, events, and programs involves physical activity, which may include inherent risks such as falls, accidents, or other hazards. I acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for my participation.

Photo/Video Release Authorization:

I grant WeLearn Academy the unrestricted right to use photographs, video footage, or other media recordings taken during WeLearn Academy classes, events, or programs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to WeLearn Academy's website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. I understand that these materials will be used in a manner consistent with WeLearn Academy mission and values, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. I also waive any claim to compensation for the use of these materials.

Property Damage Compensation:

I agree that if I or my child causes any damage to WeLearn Academy property (including but not limited to equipment, materials, or facilities) during participation in WeLearn Academy classes, events, or programs, I will be responsible for compensating WeLearn Academy for all costs associated with repairs, replacement, or cleaning.

Acknowledgment of Conduct Policy:

I confirm that I have read and understood WeLearn Academy's Code of Conduct and agree to adhere to it at all times while participating in WeLearn Academy activities. I understand that failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.

Parent/Guardian Consent (if under 18):

I, as the parent or legal guardian of the participant, agree to the terms above and give my full consent for my child’s participation in WeLearn Academy activities, including the photo/video release authorization.
